Box-gum grassy woodland workshop

Join Central Tablelands Local Land Services for a ‘Box Gum Grassy Woodland Basics’ basics. Sustainable Farms ecologists will present, followed by a visit to a local woodland for a practical discussion.

There are approximately 136,000 hectares of Box Gum Grassy Woodland across the Central Tablelands region much of which can be found on farms in isolated paddock remnants. Central Tablelands Local Land Services project, ‘Driving Corridor Connectivity in the Central Tablelands’ (funded by the Australian Government’s National Landcare Program) is partnering with landholders to improve the condition of Box Gum Grassy Woodlands in the tablelands and raise awareness how best to manage remnant patches as part of your farming enterprise.
